Easter 2008

We took a two hour drive east to the desert for Easter weekend. We stayed in La Quinta, better known as one of the areas around Palm Springs. It was 90 degrees during the day, perfect pool weather. The desert is dynamic and beautiful, as is the hotel.

New York City

We took our first family trip to New York City, the last week of February. We got a nice taste of winter, it was 19 degrees on Thursday morning and it snowed for a bit on Friday night. We visited with a lot of friends and had a great time, but we failed to take a lot of pics... here are a few.

At Liberty International Airport in Newark, waiting to board the flight back to LA. Elias was very good on the way to NY, but the long-delayed flight back interrupted his bedtime and he was a bit cranky.

He outgrew his Ozzy onesie, and moved onto his David Bowie onesie.














I covered the Oscars for the third time this year. I call it the Hollywood Prom, yes even I have to wear a tux.
